Acknowledgement of Country

In the spirit of reconciliation, I acknowledge and pay my respects to the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia. In particular, I'd like to acknowledge the Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nation as the original custodians of the land on which I reside and work. I pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

Sovereignty has never been ceded. It always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.  

Paying the Rent

As a white person living and working on land that is not rightfully my own, I am committing to ‘paying the rent’ as an acknowledgment of the injustice to our First Nations people. I will pay a percentage of my annual earnings at the end of each financial year.
