Payment
All consultations booked via my website must be paid in full at the time of booking. For consultations booked by Renee, full payment is required 48 hours before the allocated time and can be paid via a payment link within the booking reminder email. For those who prefer to pay via bank transfer, please get in touch with Renee via email to request an invoice with bank details.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I understand that things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I required a minimum of 24 hours notice which enables me to allocate the time to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a loss of 50% of the scheduled service fee in order to cover costs and loss of income. Failure to attend or contact Renee via email before your appointment time and any no shows will forfeit the full cost of the consultation. Clients who fail to attend appointments, late cancel without rescheduling and/or do not pay the cancellation fee will no longer have access to practitioner only supplements/herbs via Renee’s patient ordering system.
I understand that there can be extenuating circumstances that impact availability to attend an appointment (illness for yourself or children and other circumstances outside your control) and will waive the fee at my discretion. I will also wave the cancellation fee for late cancellations for clients who reschedule their appointment to another date and time.
